Ok, I was looking at pics of this today... So many custom options. Ok we know both hands are detachable, I'll list my ideas.

-left hand fist custom
-right hand about to throw shield
-right hand catching shield
-right hand just holding shield
-left hand clenching pistol, assault rifle... Anything.

If head is detachable:
-grimace face, especially if you have the gun out front... Like he's sprinting straight into battle.

If I could figure out molding/casting. I'd offer a plethora of weapons. Including maybe a vest holster to modernize the piece. Adding a bazillion display options.
