It is Halloween afterall.

Well none are the very best of the comic world. Iron Man, Watchmen, Batman Begins would be great examples of comic movies that embrace the source material and translated to good fun movies with characters that aren't stereotyped versions of themselves.

I love Celtic *****ing in the Mandarin thread about caricatures because thats exactly what everyone was in The Avengers. A caricature of themselves from the solo outtings whose arc can only be moved so far forward so as to not overshadow the others.

Caricatures of who? They're perfectly in line with the characters that came before them. I don't care about no comics. These are the movies. Their continuity is completely different from the source.

We know that, which is why you have no idea what your even talking about to call anyone a caricature. Ben Kingsley's Mandarin was the caricature. What your doing is like campaigning against the Joker being in any future movie because he was goofy on the Adam West show.

And they are not completely differant from the source, again you simply don't have any clue by your own admission what the source is. It's like saying you don't care about the real Henry Hill. Well theres no ****ing movie called Goodfellas without him.

What I'm talking about are caricatures in the avengers of themselves in the solo outtings. Heck, Ruffalo is just doing an Ed Norton impression.

And even still I think I rated it a 7/10 so thats what your all worked up over.
