I like the fact that they removed the red highlights around the star on his chest but don't like the all blue sleeves.

Agreed. I didn't even really notice the red highlights on his chest in the movie but the white on his sleeves was super cool and reminiscent of the comics.

It's like after every step in the right direction they're making two steps backwards.

Couldn't sleep, messed with AoU promo pic:

White sleeves, less red/white torso paneling, no red lines in dumb places.
Left some red for boots/gauntlets straps, a little reminder of classic.

Okay Civil War is less than a year away where's the trailer.

I hope The Force Awakens can hang on in theaters until May. I want to walk into a theater and see one auditorium showing Luke, Han, and Leia in SW, one auditorium showing Superman, Batman, and Wonder Woman, and another showing Captain America, Iron Man and the rest of the Avengers. It would be a geektastic moment for the ages.

Alright so...technically we should be able to switch the sleeves out when it comes out right? Im assuming they're gonna keep the figure design and keep the torso/arm pieces separate.

It'd be cool to swap the Civil War sleeves out with the Age of Ultron sleeves.

Full cast announced, no word on Spidey yet though. Ross returning has been rumored on IMDB for a while but now confirmed, very interesting to see what his role will be.

Yep, he's reprising his role from TIH.

My guess is he'll be the general in charge of representing the US government in introducing and enforcing the registration act.
