Made some alterations to mine, can you guys guess what it is?

Nice! Good guess that is correct I feel like they make him look more realistic. In person they now look like glass eyes. There is yet one more alteration.

His lips has that moist look as well.

Yup, changed the lip color and added some slight gloss to bring him to life. The sculpture is just amazing the only complaint would be the color of his lips in my opinion a bit too purple. They had to go.
