Plenty of things get misquoted all the time. It's happened to Sideshow pieces more than a few times, as well. $500 would've had me buy both versions immediately, but if it's really $1500, I may wait for a review or two.

Wow that's expensive was considering the blue shield but think I'll leave it now.

At $1500 this is a joke, it doesn't have enough screen accuracy or build material (fiberglass) to justify that high a price.
