Also points to Jaws for facilitating it
I just love discussing things and having an honest back and forth...
Props to Eli for not taking my first couple of jokes seriously...

I was counter-riled and considered posting a retort to your initial posts. I'm glad I hesitated. I'd hate to have posted an angry reply and then seen this^
I'd be willing to bet everyone here supports equality of opportunity - not equality of outcome though. It's an important distinction.
That's what my earlier ''I won't say it'' post was in reference to.
I think it's unfair to lump all of them as "elite". Many of them came from severe hardships (even going homeless) before they eventually broke out with fame. Not saying that Leo did this, but it's not uncommon for actors and actresses to go through this.

This is true... But many seem to go through a change a few years after they made it. But yeah I was guilty of generalizing there
I have my good moments. Bookmark this when I go on the reaction vs. response again.
I am not wrong about that though. There are people who believe that reverse racism is a thing.
See, we're all becoming better. We're growing. We're evolving. When you think about it, you can say Brie Larson did this so we can have a challenging discussion. That woman... she's something else isn't she? Look what she did. She got a bunch of guys to come together with different opinions and from it, we have had meaning, constructive communication. *waves his hand in the air* The power of Captain Marvel.
hehehe
Lol...I do share a last name with her... perhaps we are related and share some kind of inner connection. Lol
LOL!!! Oh man, the good ol' days. It's sad when you yearn for that.
I remember that running gag from years ago. I was probably a newb during it's initial run, 'huh, everyone keeps telling this guy to STFU'.
Dammit, you quoted me before I edited to ate, but you got it. My Ash's Book of the Dead. Dammit! You can't have Ash Williams without the Necronomicon!
It wasn't by chance inspired by the famous Picard quote ''Shut up Wesley!'' from Star Trek The Next Generation, was it?

Army of Darkness was my favourite of the trilogy, but Ash vs. Evil Dead was better than any of the other films. Better writing, production value, props, and effects, and heck, Bruce making actual words and not just making awkward groans and sounds.
But no, she wanted to carry on like the entire MCU has been leading up to HER and damn anyone from the evil white patriarchy who wants to "ring" on her parade.
I don't have any problem with Captain Marvel being super powerful (just like I have no issues with WW being stronger than Batman). It's just hard to ignore the insufferably unlikable actress that is playing her and of course the possible "Rodimus Prime" syndrome of a brand new character showing up from out of nowhere that no one likes or asked for and upstages the main heroes that we've grown to love for many years.
