LOL...I was so excited that I forgot to use my rewards points. I could have gotten 93.00 off on this figure.

I got my order. I was in on the first pre-order for Jedi Luke years ago. Time flies. The prices have really increased too.

I didn't know you still collected these Pix Glad to see your back in the game!

I'm realy enjoying the figures I bought form you ! The Maul is is the best 1:6 version available.

I am not in it as hard core as I used to be, but I still pick up the odd figure.

I still miss Maul. He's one of the few I regret selling. :lol

if you can help it, you should never use reward points to partially pay for a figure.

I don't understand the logic behind that. :lol

because if you partially pay for a figure using reward points you lose out on the rewards points you would get from ordering the figure full price. thats why its better to try to use reward points to get the figure for free if you can

its pretty simple. you don't earn points for a purchase that you used points for.

The $125 purchase would have earned $6 in reward points, but if you used $95 of points to do it you missed on that $6...so the net effect is you actually only used $89 rewards.

Also, the $30 in cash needed didn't earn the $1.50 of reward points it would have.

The less points you use on a purchase the worse it gets.

The most points you use on a purchase the better.

The best thing you can do mathematically is only use points if it fully pays for a purchase.

It may seem like over thinking it, but for me it takes more effort describing it to you than it did to just commit "hold onto points until necessary" to memory and practice it.

True and true :goodpost:.

one thing that I notice is anytime I get to order something the price increases were faster than my increase in reward points :lol

Its like "I have $90 in rewards. Damn the figure is $95."

Then next month "I have $95 in rewards. Damn the figure is $100."

:lol

And given that the ones I buy exclusively from SS run in the $125+ range, that's pretty much irrelevant for me. ;)

But I get what you're saying if you buying the cheaper ones from SS too.

personally, I think its their best armored figure ever produced yet.

Hmmm.... seems like SSC is always one step ahead of us! :)

BTW, I got my Pre-Order for the Ex Edition in just in time. Will be keeping this figure. Seems like it will be a Dec 2010 or Jan 2011 release. Hoping for a Dec release so that I can at least tell myself it is a Christmas present for myself. ;)
