So is there a method to the madness or a pic that everyone is working off of, I thought there was a PDF for this tentacle dilemma?

I'm getting mine tomorrow, or actually I'll miss it at home and have to pick up later that night at the UPS spot.

just opened mine up, pics don't really do him justice. I wasnt really sure looking at all the pics on here, if i would like him that much, but he is indeed awesome. I'm not sure this representation of Carnage will ever be beat as a full statue. This and the LSB are a MUST for any serious Spiderman fan. Venom and Carnage make a great display, even without the overrated Spidey comiquette.

Edit: took me like 2 hours just to get this ____in thing set up...........huge pain in the ass!! Another negative thing is that the print is even smaller than the Venom print. Wtf Sideshow. I would overall grade this piece as a B. I have to say the size of the print is a huge let down, how can it even be considered a print being as small as it is?

Thats basically what I did as well, and guessed a little bit. When it comes together though Carnage is just amazing.

well it didnt help that some fit in multiple places, so i had to keep taking them out and starting over and so on. I found the pdf to be useless, the 360 on the product page helped me the most.

The 360 is what I found to be the most helpful. Some of my tendrils were not color coded and the numbers were very difficult to find on the holes.

I figure it's like those guys that hate putting together the old school AVP predator 1/6 kits. THAT was a blast.
