Still no word from SSC. Thats 7 working days now
Just call until someone picks up. That's what I had to do with Ms Marvel. Tell them it's been seven days blah blah . . .
I spoke to them on live chat, exspensive enough to call. They told me monday for sure. If not, I will call then. I better not be waiting this length of time just for them to tell me they cant do it as there are no replacements or some BS

I just got an email from SS saying that I can order the EX version of Carnage with free US shipping. 
I don't need a whole new statue, but if that is how they want to play, then I am going to return my damaged one for a full refund and get free shipping on a new one.

Couldn't get my Carnage today and I'll have to wait til Monday, I missed the drop off from UPS but then called for later pick up tonight at my local UPS and they forget to destination scan which means they didn't bring the box over to the local station. WTF, I swear and two things actually screwd up tonight.
1) The didn't do the destination scan to go back to the main facility for local pickup, so I would have it tonight and...
2) The freaking slip they left behind on my door was for another shipment that had been returned to sender because of missed attempts.
Ummm.... this is the first attempt, I had to explain this like three times to the dude on the phone, and two ladies at the UPS counter
So...... I'll have to wait til Munday to see if I have broken Carnage and with all the shuffling, there's no doubt I'll have damages...
