I never said that they didn't. They've always given me great customer service. I was just talking about possibly contacting them to tranfer a NRD and people started talking about honor and manning up because I didn't want to just throw my deposit away.

I just had a terrible customer service experience with one of the many "Tessa's." Really not happy with Sideshow right now, basically they take your money and do F all for you. They used to be great. Glad companies like XM are coming up 'cause I will be taking my cash there.

I don't really care to read about what a woman "reckons" (I take it you're a cowgirl) has to do with being a man, and as a woman you should be offended by the comment "man up" anyways. I'm sure you and all of your sorority sisters don't mind throwing your parents money away, but you should still have a little more pride, and be more reluctant to "bend over and take it." You are a girl.....right? I'll honor my contract, but if I'm allowed to make revisions to it instead of just giving my money away, why not? If you wanted to get technical the product page doesn't say, "product is subject to change" hence the contract is void once they don't deliver exactly what was advertised in the pics when I placed the order.
