I think the eyes look fine... guess ill find out tomorrow.

Yowzaa! Anyway, dans eyes look nothing like those above (sorry dan) and her face skin tone is consistent with her chest.

Normally I'd be with you on the full refund on the googly eyes if they can't replace the head. However...since the rest of this piece looks awesome I'd probably take a credit and repaint the eyes myself....though II should bill them materials and time.

Looking at those images from con, its not just the eyes, the whole face is painted much more poorly. Seems like the same deal as red sonja. They say a convention piece is a production piece and then the actual production pieces are worse. Can't say 100% that all will be bad but clearly some will be as bad...which is already a partial fail. Hopefully this is not another Rogue situation.

They say a convention piece is a production piece and then the actual production pieces are worse. Can't say 100% that all will be bad but clearly some will be as bad...which is already a partial fail. Hopefully this is not another Rogue situation.

The rogue Situation the entire head sculpt was off from what was shown and the body had been toned down, not just the paint. That was an epic fail. This looks like it's just the eyes to me so far but we'll see as more pics come in.

Wow, all my enthusiasm for the goggles up portrait evaporated in an instant.

Definitely not a good first impression, but her body looks great along with the goggles down portrait. Never seems to fail that the first pics of a SS piece aren't very flattering before evening out, let's hope that's the case here.

I can't believe it. I can't ********* believe it. Over and over and over again. What's wrong with these people? I mean, I get they're underpaid painters, but surely they oughta SEE (S-E-E!) you can't have an eye with the iris all the way to the side and then place the other iris in the middle of the eye and expect a person (always a woman, too) not to look daft. It's excruciatingly ludicrous.

But I blame Sideshow's "Quality Control", too. Seriously, Sideshow, WTF.

I'm so sick and tired of such a moronic mistake being made every single time.

Knowing this company, I know many will come out like that atrocity. Sigh.

Not sure if this will be my last Sideshow piece or if I should cancel it right now and spare me all the import taxes and aggravation.

I really don't understand it.

Given the amount of statues they make with huge edition sizes I always take that with a grain of salt.

Anytime.... I will say the shades down portrait looks really good.... I would actually have to agree with Josh and say it looks better in person then the SS pictures of it. But hopefully SS will replace the shades up portrait, if they don't then I'll contact spazzy and send him the head portrait to repaint the eyes...
