This has been quite the frustrating week. I am back to square one with Nabrun Leids. I spent most of my time tonight undoing the mods I had done to the sculpt. Going to try to figure something else out....

Ha! Thanks dude. Sorry I have hacked up your awesome sculpt so much. There is a lesson to be learned here. That lesson, don't try to improve on perfection. I thought adding eyes and real goggles would be easy, not so much. I will get there though.

I was able to finish up my Skiffmaster tonight.

what did you use for the braids? Im working on a Hondo Ohnaka, all thats left is the braids and jacket.

I used string for the braids. I twisted the string together, frayed it up and then painted it. I used sewing thread for the braid wraps.

I am probably going to touch up the paintwork on the face, add the earring and nose piercing he has. I also want to add some pouches to the back, side of the belt.

Next up, I am going to rework my Skiffguard Lando. Trying to find bits for him as we speak.

Tweaked my ROTJ Fett. Here he is with my latest additions....

Here is where I am at with Lando. I have most of the parts, just have to get a black shirt. I was looking at some reference pics and Lando's tunic/sash resembled the fabric Sideshow used on Anakin's tabbards and the Tusken Raider's outer robe. So I am going to cut/sew a outer tunic from those. I think it will look spot on attached to the black undershirt after a repaint. Im going to scratch build the armor straps and belts. Custom boots, HT Indiana Jones holster, Hasbro blaster. Tomy helmet. I am going to trim down the Hasbro armor a bit more.

I almost forgot, I get to assemble another one of Duane's awesome vibro axe kits.

Not at all. You can go ahead and finish yours first, that way I can return the favor.

Thanks. No, the Tomy helmet will not fit over the head. I have two Lando heads. I will use the one pictured for the times I want to display the figure with his helmet off. The second head I dremmelled down so the helmet will fit over it. The Tomy helmets are about 1/7th scale. They still look good though.
