I cant spend $200+ on this thing when I can slowly buy all of the parts and have the same thing cheaper in the end!

This is possible but unlikely bro.

The head and body alone go for practically the retail value of a kit. The hunt seems fun, but economical? far from it.

Doing the math man it doesn't save at all to buy it in pieces. I'm assuming you are bidding on the stuff from seller yoshiishi? Take all the parts and pieces that goes into a Wolf (by the way he has a complete Wolf I assume listed), so far the price is at $266 and change, and that doesn't include shipping. If he doesn't combine shipping you are gonna have nearly $400 in this figure as it sits...and there is still a little over a day left. People don't list these figures broke up for no reason. There are many people that need just a part or piece here for customs or add-ons and will gladly bid that piece up to not have to buy a complete figure. If I were you, I'd stop bidding now and just save up for a complete figure. It'll be much cheaper for you in the long run.

I love noobs...they're funny. :rotfl

lol I hate noobs, they're the reason why ht preds are expensive. Its ridiculous because lets say scar pred hits ebay, within a couple of hours he's already up to $200... WTF is the point of jacking it so high early in the game? It just pisses me off that the noobs think by placing their highest bid on the first day, they will end up winnning.

You've been here since January and are calling someone ELSE a noob? That's funny.:rotfl Seems like most people jumping this poor guy have been here less than 6 months. Too early to be elitists young padawans.

I wasn't trying to jump down his throat, just tell him the facts. Why spend $400 on a pieced together figure when you can have one brand new for $200-250? I'm a noob to the site and for the most part a noob to collecting, but I've got common sense.:duh

I feel I could call someone else a noob if he was. I have been on this forum for only a few months but have been on countless for years for collectibles and other things , also been collecting a hell of a lot longer than I have been here.
It is very noobish to bid high at the begging and expect to win.... not to say that hes saying this but it is.:lol

My whole point is...people who like to call others noobs and denegrate them to make themselves look "experienced" are ridiculous. Just turns new people off to the hobby.

And you weren't one of the posters I was referrring to. Your advice was sound and better yet...it was advice. Not chest puffing.

No No, we're cool. What I tell people on other forums I frequent is that at one time or another, we were all noobs. You have to start somewhere! I agree with you that its funny when a noob calls someone else a noob:wacky
