How many of the Boards ones have pop up on Ebay?

Is it stated anywhere that Chris isn't allowed to sell items through EBay before selling them to customers (who've pre-paid) on forum boards?

I doubt it. I'm not sure if it could be ammunition in a legal case for a complaintant, but in the context I was referring to, the fact he sold the item on ebay refutes his "statement" that he was too busy with his day job to finish them or that he wasn't satisfied with their quality, which are the excuses or proof he gave in his recent "statement".

So whether he made guarantees or not regarding ebay sales, his own sales provide proof that he infact did finish the items and was apparently preferring to rake in new money than finish up prior transactions.

yeah.. and i'm TOTALLY his liason! Because it is a horrible idea for someone from here who happens to have an open link with him to try and use that to help everyone out.

In fact, the thousands of words i just typed in an e-mail to chris trying to help all of you out were ALL just GUSHING for him, and telling him what a good boy he is!

Although in seriousness Collector49 got his head by being very vocal and holding Chris' feet to the fire, Husker75 has acted as the go between/liasion and Mollins got his through eBay.

Yes, you are right. I guess i am in that sense a liaison. It just seemed like a negative connotation to it.. idunno. I just have been getting a little sick of catching so much flak for trying to keep some sort of communication open.. but anyway, moving on..

But, thats kind of the point. YOU shouldn't be updating us. Howes should be providing the updates, which he has promised to do on several occasions and never come through with.
And I guess the liaison position can seem to be a negative thing. Especially if, in doing so, Howes ships your stuff before the plethora of others that were waiting. Not your fault in how they are shipped by any means but it doesn't help.

Well, sent my first email to Chris in a while. This is the first one demanding action. I'm sure it will be ignored but I made it clear that his ignoring me will definately trigger a formal complaint which I will certainly file.

"Dear Chris,

Please send my River Tam headsculpt immediately to the below address. I no longer require it to be painted and would just like this transaction to conclude. If the head is not available to be sent, please immediately send a money order refunding the funds to the same address below or a paypal refund to this email address.

Please respond to this email immediately with your decision. If I do not receive a personal response with a proposed resolution within 2 weeks I will be filing an internet fraud complaint with your local authorities. I write this letter with knowledge that other refund requests have been ignored, and will consider any disregard to my email as a deliberate attempt to avoid your fiduciary responsibility.

I am a new member here so please be gentle if I screw up. I saw his auctions on ebay and was thinking about getting them, luckily I did a search for him and found this forum along with the onesixthwarriors one.

I have spent the past couple of days reading all of this and all I can say is WOW and thanks for preventing me from spending my hard earned money on something I may or may not have received.....

I was looking at some of the figures you guys have made and they are amazing and awe inspiring, hopefully some day I can make one that is a fraction as good as the figures I have seen here.....
