I'm still waiting on 3 sculpts I paid towards.
Denzel Washington , Lost boys david and Jack Torrance.

I've just given up really. If they arrive. They arrive.
If they don't... they don't.
I would be more into this whole thing if I had as much money put into Chris's work as some others have on here.

Im in the same boat. with 2 milla hs, the david and a river hs Ive paid for. but I feel much like you do. Im just gonna continue to wait. while it would be fantastic to have updates and communication, its obvious Im not going to get that. so waiting is all that I have left to do.

Seconded... maybe some have hopes this will work out and now that the harrassment against Chris is over he'll somehow start delivering.

Great if he does, but at the same time its now been about a month with zero updates on work and only 2 delivered heads; one from someone who was very vocal in their complaints and another who bought it from eBay

yeah.. and i'm TOTALLY his liason! Because it is a horrible idea for someone from here who happens to have an open link with him to try and use that to help everyone out.

In fact, the thousands of words i just typed in an e-mail to chris trying to help all of you out were ALL just GUSHING for him, and telling him what a good boy he is!

Uhhh? Well, technically you are acting as his liaison. The definition of liaison is someone who fosters communication between two entities. You are, by your own admission, fostering communication between Chris and the board.

Next time you talk to Chris, ask him where the Maximus project updates are, will ya?

Yes, you are right. I guess i am in that sense a liaison. It just seemed like a negative connotation to it.. idunno. I just have been getting a little sick of catching so much flak for trying to keep some sort of communication open.. but anyway, moving on..
I actually asked chris about ALL his projects, and if i could again please pass on some sort of update to everyone for him. He told me he had people he was going to have do it, but i don't see crap. So i'm offering for like the third time, and hoping he listens. Also in my e-mail was pleas for refunds and shipments in order of payment (i know, even i have to laugh at myself for requesting this after I got my head soooo far before a lot of you who deserved it.. but i told you i'd try to make it right!)..

So as usual, i'll let you know if he says anything back. I hope he doesn't just cut off communication with me now that i have my stuff. He could very easily take all the stuff i wrote very badly. I hope he doesn't though..

i'm no lawyer, but i'm pretty sure "I'm busy" and "customs take time" as excuses he hasn't delivered goods is completely negated by the fact some of those sames goods are selling on ebay and being delivered. I 100% believe he has no legal leg to stand on.

Is it stated anywhere that Chris isn't allowed to sell items through EBay before selling them to customers (who've pre-paid) on forum boards?

I dont know about any others, but the House one was started here, and at least one ebayer has gotten the head and cane in, before anyone of the 'original' forum members who started the commission.

Thats what i wanted to know! cause i think thats ^^^^ed up!!! and the ^^^^ pisses me off and im not even on order for one.

It isn't said but it is a ^^^^ move since the customers who are waitin for the stuff paid for the head and the creation of it (commission) months ago

I mean, l would imagine this like if someone sent money to a baker at a bakery to produce a 1000 dollar wedding cake and didn't get it despite the wedding have passed whereas somebody received the same cake by purchasin it on the spot

lf such a thing is allowed, what is the point of preordering?
