Oh I don't know.... All of it... It looks good and those that saw it at SDCC thought it was one of the best pieces.... Watching youtube video's made me think the likness was even better. You don't see Heath but I do.... That's OK. It just boggles both of our minds.
That's true, good point.
We will have to agree to disagree on the likness.... Because normally I would agree with you.... I would not want a Indiana Jones statue that did not look like Ford.... Having said that I would not buy a perfect Ford Sculpted statue if he looked sad and his stance was boring... Both would be fails in my eyes...
But you like Prime 1 and that's cool.... I think SSC is the far better piece overall because I think It looks like Heath and the pose is great though I am not in love with the card.
No I would rather it be a knife and I also like the pose and everything else about it like the color and tailoring of the suit.
But your face can look different with how make up is applied... And the Jokers make up looks a bit different very often I the film. From having lots of it, having it wear off, to not having and. Add to the fact all the over the top facial expressions he makes...
That is what I mean.
That really has nothing to do with facial structure likeness though, as you can't change the shape of these features with expressions. However, his cheeks tend to bulge out at times because of the prosthetics, which does to some extent change the shape of the lower part of the face, but not really the shape of the jaw line below the cheeks.
Having said that... the two pics you ask me to compare... Well for one that is the worst pic of the PF... I don't know if it's the flash or what but his JAW looks huge... I will agree... But I like comparing the other two which are closer to the same angle..
I would say it has to do with angle the photo was taken on.
Here is an example of little thing you do with your face that makes you look different... You refer to the Brow.. Well in the film shot his head is very relaxed and eyes looking up... His Brow is relaxed at the same time he is sucking up his bottom lip and flexing his chin.. The SSC piece has him squinting, with his brow furled and his chin not flexed.. But I look at both of those pics and I see the same guy/actor/character
That doesn't matter, I am talking about the brow bone shape, that can not be altered, regardless of expression. The shape of the brow bone is actually sculpted with a frown, just like EBs is, only this one is worse because the brow bone is really pronounced like a cave mans.
I will give you that the SSC piece seems to have a slightly large chin... But not enough for me to say it looks nothing like him.
It's not just the large chin it's the jaw shape, it's too smooth and round, which is one factor other than the cave man frowning brow bone that accounts for the lack of likeness as Ledger had more of a square jaw shape (this is evident in the pics below, which ironically are the pictures you posted to show how accurate the sculpt is.)

After watching Youtube videos again I take that back... It looks good from all angles
Well I am the direct opposite to you then. Anyway JAWs, even though I can't see any likeness at all doesn't mean there isn't, I just can't see it. I think we have both said our peace on this and while I like having these discussions with you, talking about the Joker here is getting off topic. So for now I think we will just have to agree to disagree.
White/Blue... I don't care... It's not an important part of the Nolan Batman films... It's in the movies for a total of 5 min at best. Its not like IM who has them on all the time... Having said that... Light up features on IM are not that important to me either..... About the only character I would like to have a light up function with is Darth Vader and any other Jedi / Sith with a sword... I have the Droids and their light up features are great... But I never use them... Luckily they look good with the lights of anyways and give that appearance in the tatooine scenes anyways because it's so bright...
I know but I still wish they included it was all, I probably wouldn't use it much either but I just wish they made it like that. But it is what it is.
I had the 1/4 Dark Knight... And I never even took the other head out of the box because unless I was going to have the lights on all the time I though it looked stupid....
Wow you actually bought a figure? I thought you were only a statue collector.
Just not important IMO. I am much more likely to use he EX head with the eyes painted.
Why? What benefit does that have over the light up feature?
