Christian Bale vs Christian Bale, or, Batman vs John Connor

Look guys, I spelled Connor right.

Here's one that may be a bit early, but I'm sure we can generate some argument over it. Though the movie isn't due for another couple months, we all know who John Connor is supposed to be (despite the complete lack of interpretations thus far), and we surely can imagine what Bale will do with the role (especially if you've heard the sound bite of him reaming the DP).

In this poll we must consider the use of all vehicles and weapons available since both men employ them regularly, keeping in mind that Connor doesn't have nifty batgadgets, but Batman doesn't use guns. This could be interesting.

In T2 and T3 John didnt kill anything.. neither did Sarah in T1, they just ran around screaming and crying while then the back to the future guy and another Terminator did all the fighting

now the new movie is out there will be humans killing terminators like flys i bet.. and when i go see it and there doing that without plasma weapons ill be as disappoint as i was with AVP

Dumb has a strong lead in the early going, but will it have the stamina to last. Maybe this poll will reach such lameness that it actually becomes cool again. Hey, look, somebody actually voted for John. Oh wait, that was me because he has massive firepower and can program a Terminator to fight for him.

Keep in mind, this is Bale's Batman vs what we can summise as yet about Bale's Connor. This isn't straight up Bat vs Term.

Never thought about it that way. If they don't go about it properly they may destroy the credibility of how tough the T800 was portrayed in T1 and T2.

Not necessarily keep in mind T1 & T2 the Terminator fought ordinary people that worked 9-5 jobs whereas in T4 you are watching a war fought with people born into war from day 1.

Two completely different eras = two completely different types of fight.

They may be following the current storyline where the terminators have been studied/partly built or started by man. More can be known how to stop them. The trailer shows John putting a few bullets in the head of a downed T600.
