I think I'm going to have to retract my original statements and say that of all of the ones I've seen, the Red/Gold will look the best IMO. Great job, Ski! Thanks! The more I look at the black, the more I don't like it. It sounded good on paper, but I don't think it's going to look right.

Is it possible to make one like Buddy said? One with a white background.

For some reason picturing the Avengers Mansion to be a real thing, I would imagine that we'd probably get a white flag with red "A" or red flag with white "A" flying under an American flag....I have no point of reference but that is what is coming to mind.

But that's for the Mansion, the mobile flag is the Yello A and Red background...

Also, I don't think they'll be able to do the cracks but i'll ask anyways.

I think that is more of a collective argument, lets ask the Freaks... What does everyone else think?

I like it integrated but all of these "A"s are missing the all important arrow.

Its a Bronze Age addition but one that really stands it out from just the traditional A.

I also like the arrow look and did think of that along the way...

But I also think it looks good without it as well....

Either is fine with me.....

Well boys and girls...

All came crashing down..all our dreams and aspirations of a beautiful waving Avengers flag, right down the pooper!

Not because they can't produce the quality art, they said there's nothing they can't do on a flag.

You guessed it....copyrighted material.

Their artist immediately recognized the Marvel Avengers Logo (lol) and red flagged it to their legal dept and then they went and called the FBI on me.......FBI came and kicked my dog and broke my CIM's flag over my cat's head then they ate stuff out of my fridge.

Ok, that last part is a lie.

They said if we change up the A and the Circle, they can then resubmit to see if it will pass their legal dept.

They said that initially they thought it would pass the legal dept just because so few were being produced but it was a NO GO, FAILED!

Booooo...

I don't want just any old A and any old Circle on my custom flag....

Dammit Ski, I'm a doctor not a lawyer!

Just a thought, wouldn't anything anyone would ever want to make fail their legal department then if this was the case?

So it has to be original is what the bottom line is...

edit: We might want to ask them, what could be altered in order to make it passable?

I just got caught up, but after reading Jye's last post, if this isn't the EXACT logo, I'm out.

I mean how much of the symbol can you really change, without altering it beyond the "coolness factor" that it already possesses?

I say find a different company. Seriously though, I don't understand what they "can" make then because everything that is a symbol that would be represented on a flag is copyrighted...

Actually our design does differ from the original, as you can see here on the SS logo but I guess it's still too close regardless.

No arrow on the "A" BTW...

I was like speechless when I got off the phone with the dude.....

Then my hopes when up a tad bit when he said that maybe because of the quantity it would pass the approval stage but when he returned with that big NO.....
