I do believe there is slight changes to what was shown at SDCC, but very subtle. The Ultron soldier's left arm is lower in the revision, the Hulk's hair appears more groomed shorter. The actual paint has a more yellow tinge to it. I just wish those pants were darker, but im just being extremely fussy.

Yes it was , but the production pieces will have more translucent too them.

thats my problem
I've literally taken my measuring tape out and have measure different potential spots
I could possibly build something over one of my display cabinets but then it loses a lot of its impact that high up
I'm trying to make it work

I actually quite like the hair, paint job is so-so, but the pose is terrible. Just looks awkward.

It's a fine sculpt. Not a fan of the hair. That's my forever one qualm with Cinemaquettes.

I love the sculpt, the paint is really good. Maybe could be a tad darker in tone! I would say the least interesting thing about him is the pants. That base is insane. Cinemaquette statues are usually better in person. The hair is what it is. Still looks badass to me
