I am "American" but I hate the flag. It's out of character and so country.

Plus it looks like he is holding one of those cheap ass flags you can buy at the dollar store or at the cash register at Wal-Mart.

So...the feeling I get around here is that some people like the newer version of Iron Man rather than the classic outfit and museum pose to go with Thor, Cap and Hulk.

The pose and theme here are as "cheesy" as Cap and Hulk PF. I don't get all the hate on this piece. If this is boring...then Cap and Hulk PF are boring as well.

I agree. Nothing wrong with the sculpt or pose IMO and fits in perfectly with the other pieces mentioned. I think there is a certain "cockiness" in his stance.

He has an anime-esque type of stance which I think is pure badass for a somewhat "robot" like Iron Man.

i think it went up around 4-5. server still up and not like hulk and silver. then again that was released in the evening.

So what do you peeps think......will the flag be a change-o-hand like the thor versus loki dio spear? Or do you think the flag is just a separate piece like the red skull's cane? If there is some way to get that flag out of there, I think this piece would be pretty awesome. Hard to tell if there's a seam on the wrist...

And even if the flag is a permanent fixture, I'd be able to come to terms with it if it wasn't 31" tall....that's overkill and makes it a migraine to display.
