I hope it's a Hulk vs Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Giant Man, Wasp, Fury with Betty Ross in the corner watching in horror but still kinda rooting them on Diorama, all in PF size.

A flag would make it patriotic? It would also make it a PF since there would be cloth even if it's an accesory

The Creature PF's mixed media is the base so yes, although a flag wouldn't really look at the Classic Iron Man motif. The thing is The Avengers were the American Superteam in Marvel Comics with other countries having their own teams like Alpha Flight in Canada, etc. So that might be all the patriotic clue is referring to.
