I came across this site last night and I was blown away.

Good Old Games
www.gog.com/

Has anyone used them before? They have a ton of games I grew up on so I am intrigued. I am going to give it a whirl tonight.

I can't imagine that all of those games would work well in a Windows 7 environment. Are these supposedly tested or maybe working in some DOS emulator program?

If you go into the game, it will tell you what OS they work on. Most of them are compatible with Windows 7. The bundle together different DOS emulators depending on the game or they patched them, themselves. So far looking at the reviews of this site and their own internal reviews I haven't seen people really complain about them not working.

I will be trying out tonight on Windows 7 64 bit.

I used DOSBox for a few old DOS games in Vista. Pretty decent emulator.

i've used GOG for years now and they are awesome!

Not only DRM free but windows 7 compatible.
And often when you buy a game you get extra goodies like a user manual, soundtrack, walkthrough, wallpapers....

I bought from them the Tex Murphys, King's Quest, Freespace, MDK, Gabriel Knight, Fallout, Simon the Sorcerer, Mega Race 2, Interstate 76 and many more
