Just my opinion. If I had the chance to move to Australia I would do it in a heartbeat and for alot less pay too. My dream is to visit Australia .......... both the country and its actors are nothing short of awesome. If I could i'd leave this icy hell .............. leave it and never look back. I'd assume Cleveland has somewhat nasty winters too.

Just my 2 cents .............. best of luck to you and your family.

I don't know enough about Cleveland to really comment on it as a city, except to say I would never consider moving there, with or without a family.

I've lived in Columbus for 14 years and I wouldn't move to Cleveland. I don't consider it to be a very "liveable" city -- too blue collar, traffic is horrible and I wouldn't want to have to deal with lake effect snow. It's also one of the hardest hit Ohio cities due to the current economic downturn.

No offense to anyone who lives there, but I don't find anything about Cleveland to be particularly attractive. Personally I prefer Cincinnati over Cleveland.

I would never live in Cincy either. Too many weirdo politicians down there running the show. They have the silliest laws on the books and they dream up more every year.

I don't think I'd want to live in any big city anymore. Outside of one, but not in one. Even the little town I live in has it's bad side of town.

"too blue collar" thats pretty funny, I would never live in a college town personally...at least never in one like Boulder which is just a bunch of weird hippy liberals that think they know better than...

Stay in Australia.

Are you losing your job there? Is this going to be permanent or will you be moving in a few years? You have to do what you gotta do, that's for sure.
