The Trailer for this film makes it out to be a completely different movie. In reality, you will laugh your ass off and enjoy and serious and brilliant film. Great movie, might be my favorite Eastwood film.

I think he should get nominated for this.....his performance was spot on for the character. Even a best picture nomination, this movie is great. It is my favorite movie of 2008.

Just saw a preview for it, so it is a revenge movie? Is it just Clint going around killing asians?

It kinda is a revenge movie, but not as much as the trailer makes it out to be....the trailer is a horrible representation of the film.
It is pretty racist (primarily because of Clint's character), but he makes fun of all kinds of people; mainly Asians, Jews, Irish, African Americans, etc.

The trailer gives the wrong impression.

This movie KICKS ASS! I only had a problem with the actor who played Thao. There was a scene late in the movie where the actor had to yell and shout expletives and it was just awkward.

Clint is great though.

This is an excellent movie, Ieven if you aren't an Eastwood fan, I still recommend you see it. It is very well written, acted and directed and as Dave said the story is very touching. The whole cast was amazing and Eastwood is definitely still on point, you gotta love the man. :rock

Another thing that helped me love the movie even more was the audience that I saw it with. There was no children or teenagers, no people making noise or texting during the movie with their bright ass screens and especially no one talking or kicking my seat. They just reacted accordingly during funny or dramatic moments and that made my viewing experience that much better, I wish all crowds were like that.

I also think this film should be nominated for an Oscar.
I thoroughly enjoyed it and thought it was one hell of a brilliant script.

And Clint is still The Man.

I do believe that is was supposed to feel awkward. It made the character even more endearing to me...

This movie is awesome all around. Clint is the man!!!! Loved it very much, good laughs too....yum-yum, ha!

There is no one like Clint, awesome movie. The character was great, reminded me of a "Domestic Unforgiven". I just wish he didn't sing in the end.

Was all set to go and see this with some of my friends and my car had a dead battery and wouldn't start, and so I didn't get there in time before it sold out.

Pretty much the way my entire vacation has gone, lol.

AMAZING MOVIE!!!

Loved it. Loved it. Loved it.

After watching Clint's character on screen I was starving for one last Western from this movie making man.

Loved this movie as well. and I also loved that almost no race was spared from Clint. :rock :lol

#1 Movie in America :rock
:rock Rightfully so, this movie kicks ass! Can't wait to own it on Blu-Ray.

That was awesome. :lol The crowd I saw it with was very diverse and they all laughed. I was sitting next to an Asian family and they'd say things like 'That's terrible', while laughing, it was great.

Got to go with everyone else on this, one hell of a movie. Really well executed all around.
