Hey All, I hardly ever post, but I tried to use my points as well and could not. Have to say if this is not a glitch and does become policy then that is very wrong of Sideshow to do! I feel the fans & the Freaks have always supported Sideshow and the products used to ALWAYS sell out but Sideshow is starting to seem greedy to me.

For everyone that had problems applying their reward points, you should no longer have that issue. Simply cancel your initial order and re-order using your points. Just noticed this and put the order through this evening.

Even applied some saved up reward points but reading this post was an after thought.

Had zilch in way of problems but then again, it's the Customer Service that keeps me loyal.

Now Alex if you would kindly squash this Hot Toys madness!!!
