And leave Krayt alone. he's alright. he only wants the best figure possible and unfortunately that seems to be hard to get from SS lately.

How ya gonna know if you cancel before you get it?

easy. you just look at the crappy pics and realize you don't want that in your collection so you hit the cancel button. i did the exact same thing with the han & luke that Krayt did. and you can try to justify it by saying only a few out 100 turn out bad, but honestly, i didn't see one good set of figures in that entire picture thread. even the ones people said looked great. and i'm sick of modifying figures and getting repainted heads. so i canceled with no regrets.


anyways, i hope CW anakin turns out better.

So why not just cancel all your POs then? It's inevitable that someone will receive a defective product, and said product will have pics that will find their way here. They're mass-market, high-end collectibles produced in China. Expecting every single one to turn out perfect is unrealistic. And with the little effort it takes to get a replacement or refund, it's really not that big of a deal to wait until you get it in hand and SEE it versus living life based on someone else's experiences.

I think he looks awesome. Han and Luke (we can be pretty sure) had their problems because it was a rushed production job to coincide with SDCC.... Since Anaclone is is not a con ex. I would assume the rushed and unfortunate productions problems won't apply to him and I expect him to wow me just as much as Clonobi did.

Its people right to cancel whenever they want to based on whatever they want to. After seeing several pics of the Han/Luke I'm not all that impressed with how they came out paint wise. Just not up to what I expect from SS who 99.99% of the time I think does a pretty solid job.

After seeing this figure at the Con and being the only SW item I bought I think he will be just fine really. I think he'll be worth the price to get.

I think this will be an exciting figure to own, with the costume and the body style plus posable right hand that ROTS lacked with the glove, I'll get some fun images with this figure and the rest of my CW collection.

I was wondering the chances of a new CW Kenobi.

I would wager slim. With Obi-Wan, the original CW version was unique enough to make a figure based on it, Anakin pretty much was his standard Jedi robes, the new 3D show offers a new design to base a figure on, and being more realistic, would make the figure translation easier.

I think we'll see more CW, but not repeat characters. If they did an Obi-Wan based on the new series, I'd get it though.

I find it weird the PPO screen isn't up yet for Anakin.

Yes, at noon Sideshow time, the screen will change.
