I can't tell you how happy I am to see SS is making this figure. When I first saw the cartoon I thought it would be a cool 1/6, and it should look great next to Clonobi. I don't mind if one is from the cartoon and the other from the movies. Guess I'm not a stickler for details....hehe

This will be one I'm pre-ordering, unfortunately I'll be working during the Priority Pre-Oder. Hmmmm....

Yikes! I don't like the head sculpt as much from those new pics.
And if "Stinky" is the exclusive, I think I could pass and just get the regular. Though, SSC has a policy of not displaying the exclusives at the con, just the regular editions.

HARD to tell, but if I'm looking at these shots correctly, it looks like he has Articulated wrists with his gloves, simular to the medicom versions of anakin and Darth maul

Looks like a solid sculpt... also (like the Duke figure) kind of looks like it might be production style paint. Notice the semi-dead eyes. But even so, overall still looks good.

I hate to say it (cause I know I am going to get burned) but, I think the likeness is actually pretty good. Especially in that last pic.

I was on the fence with this one until this last wave of pics...I'm sold.

The outfit looks really substantial and well put together....the sculpt manages a very good hybrid of Hayden and the "woodcarving" animation style...looks really good. I have a feeling this one could be as exciting to photograph as Ventress was....I would love to follow Sideshow's lead (with that great dio) and display this Anakin with the excellent Ventress figure from a few years back....bet it will look pretty cool...

That was my first thought when I saw this figure, Ventress vs. Skywalker. As cool as Clonbi is, the armor is a bit restricting on PT Star Wars style fighting, but this Anakin should be free to kick *** and Asajj poses very well.

i actually had my ventress repainted recently in hopes that i would eventually have a CW anakin for her to fight. looks like the day came sooner than expected.

Definitely! I just remember how much Ventress lit the creative fires around here with the picture-taking....this figure looks to have the same potential...

Part of that was posability, the female Buck has a lot wrong with it, but one thing very right is the ammount and sturdiness of the torso articulation, you could get some wild stuff.

Hopefully, thie figure also features a new glove style to get more out of the right hand, I may even get 2 if so in hopes of making an ultimate ROTS Anakin.
