Thanks Buttmunch! CC has a Sideshow Reservoir Dogs suit and Toht shoes from Toy Anxiety and I got the shirt and tie off ebay a long time ago but I can't remember what they're from. The tie is part of the shirt and not removable without snipping a few threads. I've got another red tie coming from ebay though that has black stripes which looks a bit closer to the card art though.

That is a RD suit? I tried that and it just looked huge on the pro body. I don't know what you did, but it is working! I used the Harbinger's shoes for mine, but that was before Toht came out.

And the shirt and tie looks familar to me. Maybe its the Donald Trump figure's shirt/tie?

Yes, that's it. It's a Donald Trump shirt and tie. The suit is a bit big on him but the pose and the podium hide it. I'll probably end up switching him to a narrow TT anyways though.

Thanks, jim! When the troopers come out I can see this being a really cool display with one on either side of CC at the podium.

Great display. Is it possible to make the cobra emblem a stencil instead of a decal? I think it may look better and you could then add more folds to the drape.

Yes, good suggestion. EvilFace offered to make a stencil pattern for it but at the time I was using a velvety type material and didn't think paint would apply properly. Since then I've switched to a smooth, cotton fabric so a stenciled paint logo should work just fine.

The cloth decal can actually be folded as well, although I don't know to what extent before it begins to peel from the fabric.

I would love to see a stencil of that emblem. Your podium has actually made me interested in getting this figure. :peace

The printable shirt iron-ons are usually fairly resilient to being moved around. I know when I've made shirt with them in the past they actually look better (less like you just stuck them on) after being washed as washing tends to make the edges less sharp.

Not sure how well that would work here, but maybe worth a shot while you're experimenting.

This emblem is a self adhesive backed inkjet cloth. I used it on my Bob decals as well as the Furies logos for King's custom figure. I haven't messed with the iron ons before or stencils.

I'm kinda curious about trying a stencil out on it. For now though it is what it is.:D

Is going to look amazing for sure man ! Can't wait.

Maybe a flag with the emblem behind him would be nice too ?

Now that's a cool idea. A real cloth backdrop with the Cobra emblem on it would look great.

Yeah, it would look very "terrorist TV message" to me. And since Cobra is a terrorist organization determained to rule the world, it would work really well. I'd love to see what you could do with that. I might have to add that to the order too. :lol

In anticipation for this, I finally got around to picking up the blue suit and tan pants variant (Springfield country club version I think) of the Hasbro figure. I got the regular black suit version last year at SDCC, but they had sold out of the blue suit before then. But now I've got them both! :banana

Cool. I can't wait to see it all together. I'll let you know when I have another podium ready.

That's really cool Coco! Great work!!

Thanks, dude! :rock
