Has anyone posted pics of the 'oily coat' problem?

Just so that peeps who havent yet got him know what to look out for.

I don't have pics, but it looks like any leather type material that has oil on it.

Or a leather couch that has potato chip smudges.

When I get my replacemtn today, I will see if I can remove the smudges...probably easy to come off, just didn't want to take a chance.

Maybe some Goo Gone would work...

as I said before, mine had them and there a non issue. just rub the little spots with your finger and they come right off.

it isn't sticky, just oily, I am sure some water and a soft towel will work, I just didn't want to mess with it until I knew I had a replacement.

Look excatly like brads , and heres my cobra bash I spent 30 bucks for this cobra ... i give this figure 2 thumbs up , and it looks realy cool when his on a detolf next to this girl ...awyeah i use DID body and HT batmans spare hands ,& lolas mac 10

Well, per Sideshow's CS, whoever told you that you just have to send back the shirt is full of $#!+ (of course they said it in different words, but equally harsh). The whole figure has to go back as there are "no extras" to be dolled out. I called to verify that too, stating that a freak had said he'd talked to them and we could just send the shirt back and was nearly chastised for bringing it up. So yeah, the whole package goes back.

That's really weird. My Frodo's shirt had a ripped seam and I emailed the CS depart. a picture and they just sent me a new shirt in the mail. : That was a year ago though so I guess more policies have changed.

Not really. Mr. Frodo's still available. So far I haven't even seen Snake Eyes pop up for second chance and they're probably worried about the same situation for Cobra Commander since he's such an awesome figure. I don't blame them. Might be an option once all the Ex and Regs have gone out.
