Oh, no doubt that's it's a cool figure. I just can't justify spending another $100 on another Cobra Trooper variant. I was going to cancel the Cobra Officer figure as well, but forgot to. When I received it, I was glad I missed out on cancelling it. The figure looked better in hand than I expected.

I may have been more tempted to keep the Sniper if he came with more equipment that differentiates him from the Officer and the Trooper. But the Dragunov and the black/dark grey BDUs were not enough for me.

Still looking forward to seeing some pics though.

Agreed 100%. I did the opposite, then finally broke down and was able to find one on my NYC trip, which was nice, since I was able to save on the shipping. It looks way better in person, and I think that's why I didn't cancel the Sniper - I have a feeling the same would have held true had I cancelled the Sniper.

I regret cancelling the CCC now for the same reason, and Ebay prices (well, the asking prices anyway) are too high. I'm sure I'll eventually be able to find a better deal here (anyone?) but I should have just let it come to me via Sideshow in the first place.

I just checked the tracking page and it says that the figure is on the truck for delivery.

I am particularly giddy because this is my first Joe figure.
