Not how I see it. Prime would pause just before the fight to give one of his annoyingly long monologues about "good" and "heart," meanwhile Storm Shadow sneaks up behind to deliver two lightning-fast strikes for the kill.

Even if that happened, Prime would just come back to life like he did in the cartoon and then kill Storm Shadow. Then, just like in the comic, Storm Shadow would come back to life. . .and get stepped on by Optimus Prime again until he was an oily smear.

Storm shadow would fail to kill Prime cause Cobras are notorious for failed attepmts to kill anything.
