It's called confidence. Chicks dig it. Look it up. :wink1:

exactly, He didn't really seem that confident, at all, he was very low spoken and kinda felt like a push over, with those sleepy eyes he had,

he did not came across as a very forward confident guy, the opposite actually, pretty nerdy and chilled kinda guy,
the girl had a more foward personality, louder personality than him, that was pretty weird,
I mean, from watching his reviews and the show that's what appeared to me,

Lmao!! Confidence, yeah.

I think she's not that different from him, they're both annoying and unpleasant, she's the type of date that won't shut up and you have to drop off early, "yeah, I have to get up early tomorrow, long day at work" girl- "Sunday? I thought you said you were a teacher?"

I think I might be done with this show if they're going to have dumbass toy reviewers posing as a collector and his non-supportive girlfriend. :slap

Agreed... I'm able to accept some level of shenanigans, but this shows is just painfully fake.

not only that but I am starting to get the feeling that this will get really boring, someone has a big collection/ Elyse comes saying she wants to "Help" with the collection/ person gets mad/ person argues/ person sells/ person is happy.

3-4 episodes in and I Am starting to get a little bit annoyed, even if it wasn't fake, starting to get a little tired of this,

Hey Guys,
Long time reader...first time poster

Did anyone notice during one of Sean's segments when they were looking at the Hot Toys figures in the detolfs that it was shown on-screen that "Iron Man Mark VI is a limited edition from Hot Toys. They only created 3000."

Is that number stated truly accurate or where is Collection Intervention sources getting their information from, as I thought that Hot Toys production numbers are not usually made public?

Well, the Avengers version of the Mark VI was limited to 3000 pieces... but the original Iron Man 2 release was not. Which made that blurb frustrating since it made no mention of there being 2 versions (3 if you count the one limited to 16).

Sallah

Although very bad, and borderline not, it's called "acting."

he is no actor, are you serious bro? :rotfl:rotfl

specially when you can see his crappy personality on his youtube videos,

I honestly think the girl has the Ugly Duckling syndrome,

Yep, that's pretty much how it's going to go week in and week out. These types of shows usually follow the same script.

I get a kick out of seeing other people's collections, but now I wonder how much of that is actually theirs? I wonder if they even stage the size of the collections just to make it look like they've got more than what they really have.

She might be a nerdy attention whore. and with Sean, well he seems "super popular" in the community, thus she feels she will get attention by going out with him, at least in the geek community LMAO :cuckoo::nana:

Sounds like the do "add" to collections, or if something was in storage they bring it out to make the place appear cluttered and disorganized. I could make my house/collection look like crap if I wanted to... maybe I should try to get on the show so I could cry and get attention only to talk about how it was all BS afterward :lol

Can I play the concerned friend who thinks collecting is taking over your life? :wave

If anything throws up a red flag, that'd be it :rock
