Great Idea!

I post everything i add so people don't waste their time adding stuff i've already done. I see most of us do but i guess they get lost in the posts and we miss some stuff.

I think i've added about 10 items that have already been waiting approval and most of them were added by that pesky Darth Snoopy

That is what I mean. And it would be quite easy to avoid it. We'd just have to copy/paste (not quote) the "common list of pending items" and update our own section once the items have been approved by Sexy.

What would be cool is if there were more hard release dates, like at least a month, where it could trigger, if you try adding something before it releases then it sets it as a preorder. However, I don't want to force everyone to add the release month for a collectible since that is usually unknown at the time of preorder AND for old collectibles that might be difficult.

So I can rule out that scenario. I will keep thinking about this.

I was wondering, could it be possible to build some kind of logic to not allow duplicate entries unless you want them ?

I just went in, was adding a piece to my collection that I already had in there.

It would be good logic to have it recongnize an item in your stash already and then give you the option to add another... (which would show up once with a marker showing duplicates, e.g. a star with a number or something for people that have many stormies or clones or stuff like that) or to cancel.

I like this! Like a grouping of the same figures.

Evil was kind of talking about this. The way the system is setup, they have to be individually added but I think something like this might solve your issue and his issue.

In your stash, and maybe this could be configurable, you can group duplicate collectibles. There would be some sort of numbering to indicate when viewing your stash list. Then maybe we could have a quick add.

I do like this idea, especially for the 1:6 collectors and maybe when we start to get to the smaller stuff who people have a lot of duplicates of.

Haha, sometimes I look at the list and I am like DAMN. I get about half done then I get home the next day and it is like BAM 100+ pending.
