I also think they are first row 30 yard line.

Nice score dude. Should be a good game.

Penn State just got helped by Oregon State since they kicked the crap out of them

I was at the game when PSU whipped oregon state. They definitely looked like a different team last night thats for sure. PSU gets their first test against a decent team tomorrow, but I think they'll be ok. Get up early for the tailgate!!

Here comes Florida. Looks like they'll have a chance to pull it off. Poor Ole Miss. If they lose this it'll be the third game in a row they lose at the last second.

It was a very very close game... and we wouldn't have lost if we hadn't been so careless with the ball. It was a hard loss, and only by ONE point... hardly something to hang our heads in shame about.

True, but it's not like you lost a well-fought battle against a UGA, Alabama, Auburn or LSU. This was a loss to Ole Miss, at HOME. It will cost UF greatly in the polls, both now and later on in the season (should they be competing for rankings against other teams with the same record). Ole Miss is a 6-6 type football team, at best. UF shouldn't even be in close games with them, much less at home.

To be fair Ole Miss is two plays away from being undefeated. They lost on a last second bomb of a field goal to #16 Wake Forest and lost on a fumble at the goal line against an undeafeted and soon to be ranked Vanderbilt. They're no scrub. Still Florida shouldn't have lost and I agree it will certainly hurt them down the road.

Yeah, they lost on a last-second bomb to Wake Forest... the school that is currently losing to Navy in the 4th Quarter. :monkey3

Bottom line, being in "the mighty SEC" or not, Ole Miss is far far from a big-time elite program and should never even be close in the end of a game at Florida, much less finding a way to win one. This is almost as big an upset as USC/Oregon State.

What's wrong with Navy? They've been to a bowl game what 5 years in a row now? I'm simply making the point that Ole Miss is no slouch. Had they not lost those two games games in the last second to two quality teams and were undefeated going into todays game you don't think they would have been ranked? And it's nowhere near the magnitude of Oregon State beating USC.

Sure it is. Ole Miss and Oregon State are on about the same level program-wise. Both were unranked. One beat the #1 team at home, the other beat the #4 team on the road. Pretty similar in magnitude if ya ask me.

And don't look now (and it's early), but it looks like Alabama is schooling and exposing UGA.

That's all I am saying... any team in the SEC can win... especially when you factor in any mistakes. And FL made plenty today. They really screwed the pooch out there. My only hope is that they at least learn something from it and move forward with more victories.

If we beat LSU or GA, we will rise up the polls again.
