Thanks for looking out for me man. I thought that I had to pay to be in that part of the Forum. So this morning I was ready to throw some stuff up there for sale and whammo!

I was wondering when someone was going to say something. LOL

Sabretooth was 324 last year and that stayed in stock for a long time even though it was listed as "sold out" when they started to ship.

I doubt Colossus will "sell out" before the ship date, with the economy the way it is and he is a bit of a b-list superhero... $400 on this seems a bit steep.

not only that but if people actually plan ahead. :lol and realize the hieght requirments to display this guy properly they probably wouldn't order him either.

I'm sure GW will do his best to help out ssc keeping these sold out.:wave

I caved and ordered the EX...I have to admit I was pretty negative about this piece in the beginning but the more I see it, the more I get excited about placing him behind gambit, rogue, and cyclops!

Nah, I think the exclusive will sell well. Its Colossus, its a PF and I would not call him a B list hero. He might be in stock briefly but I would expect the exclusive to go quickly in time unless it has a really large ES like joker.

:exactly: Im with you, very excited. I love reading his specs. He will be massive and thats the one thing I wanted. When displayed with the other PF's, he will dominate the scene.

word of advice - the "sold out" status alternates on SSC website. IMO they do that to meet quotas, ever notice the hulkbuster comiquette exclusive go in and out of stock almost interchangeably with the regular edition.

Bucky CAP, same thing - exclusives "sold out" people buy regular, they sell enough regulars - exclusive magically goes back in stock. rinse and repeat.

Same thing will happen with the EX for JOKER PF, Vamperilla, Skaar. Only difference with Colossus is that its the most expensive PF to date. The hulkbuster comiquette had the same price (roughly) and its been sittin in a warehouse for years. Ill bet money on it that this will be in stock months after. If its not - its because they want to sell more regulars.

Colossus is a great character... but they had problems moving PFs at the 300 $ price point let alone 400.

What would you call him? You surely wouldn't call him A list.

Colossus may be a B list character by himself to some people but he is a major character in the xmen line. Can u honestly tell me an xmen collection would be complete without him? Also I think he is more major than psylocke for example and her EX is sold out.

To be honest you're almost paying $400 nowadays just for shipping alone on some of these custom.
