I got cap PF and should be getting Thor soon and there's a new hulk so I don't really regret missing them. Doom PF is prob the only one that would be nice to get but I'm just not willing to drop 2k on him.

I was lucky to get some "grails" at reasonable price like Thor PF ex $500, Cap PF ex $775 & Green Hulk at $850. There were only 2 statues I paid a premium for Grey Hulk at $2075 & Doom PF at $1650. Luckily no more flipper prices for me anymore.

Even those prices sound decent to me. Well at least the Thor and cap PFs.

Hey thanks for making me feel better! it sucks missing out on all the marvel grails. I guess at least we are both on track for the start of DC universe. Well once I get a joker then yes we are all back on track! And at least no flipper to get these.

Yeah must suck to have none of the early marvel grails. But I guess I only started about 3 months ago. Next summer I will see some newbies say when did batman, joker, superman, or poison ivy come out? Are the they still for sale. then I will be a newbie no more.

All of my collectibles I bought at cost during preorder time; the only exception is Doom which I passed on because I thought he would be available for awhile. I preordered the Spiderman PF at SDCC when he was unveiled.

I didn't like the Hulk PF so I didn't buy him; I should have and just saved him for a few years to flip. You have to remember, many of us started collecting Sideshow PFs from the beginning and I never thought they would appreciate in value.
