Yea, last year, I remember preview night was just as crowded as every other day.

Thats what I heard. Which is why I'm thinking I'll get my photos taken care of then and chill the rest of the time.

Thats what I heard. Which is why I'm thinking I'll get my photos taken care of then and chill the rest of the time.

This is exactly what I do. It's less stress plus it gives me time to review my pics and if needed, retake a few within the next day or two.

Its one of the best things about SDCC IMO.

Right would allow me to look at whatever booth I took photos I'm not happy with and go there to retake stuff. Plus it would make it easier for the folks @ Sandtroopers if they had them all at once and could put up some here and there.

I like how can the 4 day is sold out even though not even Saturday is sold out by itself. That must mean that they are limiting the crowd on preview night - which is a good thing. Last year preview night was worse than Saturday.

I spent almost the entirety of Saturday in the studio presentations. Didn't have to fight the crowds, and it was mostly stuff I was interested in anyway.

Yes it was! I was really surprised, because the year before it was so calm and peaceful on Preview Night!!

I'm so glad I got my 4 day pass awhile back. I was debating on it then, and almost hesitated and put it off for later.

It's the first weekend day and a lot of the locals go on that day... also, a lot of the best presentations happen on Saturday (probably because it is the largest crowd day). They have been hitting maximum capacity on Saturday for the last few years I believe!
