There's no question that's a "Phase I" Clone Trooper. Only question on the Clone is whether it's the Red or Yellow officer. We've got the blue and lime green... those are the only two AOTC variants left.

Of course, it could be an EU or CW variant, but I doubt it.

My guess is red. I'll take either though.
