I suppose it's just easier to splat a new paint scheme on an exsisting mold.

Boring to some? Yes, but like Josh said, it's definitely the safe bet for them. They won't have to make too much and worry about them just sitting there and the people who want them should have no problem getting them without there being multiple pages about how it was BS they missed getting their order in.

Despite the fact SS Con Ex aren't super hard to get for those not going before or even after the show. If they decided to do something folks wanted to see other than another Clone repaint people would lose their damn minds.

Here's something I hadn't thought about it could be Phase 1 Gree. He has a totally different look in the CW series than he does in ROTS.

I was thinking the same thing. His armor is so different in the CW that it can warrant an additional figure. Well warrant it for those that want another clone...like I do.

Same here and its something that sort of fits you can skip it if you don't feel that look is all that important.

Vader was thats for sure if you mean Anakin as he turned to Vader. Aayla sculpt was great and outfit was solid but the body doesn't work well with that figure and honestly I remember a lot of people not being blown away by the choice.

Though, honestly Clones are exciting to many collectors.

aayla was a great figure ruined by a crap body

the head sculpt and accessories were great and i remember being really excited to get her

annie/vader was also great-

im not anti clone- hell i just bought another phase one but i would love something different....

Don't think they'd do well as a regular figure, but it might work as a Con Ex....

Another from what? I think the only time these were seen was at the Battle of Geonosis.

Maybe if it's based more on the cw image and not the hasbro figure. The way the fin on the top of the figure is too tall.

You are right. It's very similar to the Clone PF. Could be a repaint version... Sideshow has joined the Hasbro club!!
