First of all, I despise that you taunt us with your esoteric hints and suggestions. Second, I owe you my soul for the beauty that is the Frodo sculpt (and pray you will touch more LOTR 1:6). Most of all though, I think we should be grateful that the Star Wars line can afford the luxury of such random characters--I mean, you have a character with only a handful of lines done to Sideshow's wonderful level of excellence by the inimitable sculpters they have. We don't even have Gandalf, and he's one of the most beloved and well-known characters in fiction!

As a Star Wars fan, I feel, very, very lucky that Sideshow makes these figures--plus it gives me hope that we'll see Captain Antilles and some Rebel Fleet Troopers soon!

Couldn't have said it better!

I know this may be pushing it but can we get a hint as to weather those coming anoucements are humans or aliens? :D

I'll not only hint, I'll tell you outright. The coming announcements are neither human nor alien. They're announcements.:monkey3

I think you, me, GB, Pix, etc. Sean are in the minority though of SW fans,

Might I ask a favor? Since MaulFan is Sean.. and I'm Sean.. may I suggest we begin using alpha numeric designations, MaulFan Sean can be Sean 1 and I can be Sean A? It also works since A is my middle initial. Maybe cut down on my own personal confusion. :lol

Thanks for clarifying that Tim! I stand by what I said, but it's also true that Praji is such an obscure character that the headsculpt ain't that big a deal. What matters is that he looks suitably nefarious, and he certainly does!

Hi Tim, not sure if I've seen you here before... but welcome! I'm really happy with the sculpt, I wouldn't have remembered him anyway w/o the reference shots posted. But for me, as soon as I saw pictures, the feel of the sculpt and expression is very spot-on to the imperials... and he has that great late 70's feel that a lot of the characters had.

Can't wait to see what else we get from you!

Am I the only person who saw the figure and Knew Right away who it was after reading the name?:monkey3

Man I'm a geek:monkey2

Then Again, I'm probobly the only person here who knows what the name of the Soup yoda made in ESB was called

rotleaf Stew, For the record

He can and should, but I'm still not indicating anything other than the quality of upcoming releases. :monkey3

Okay folks, I'm gonna speak up a bit. For those that think it might be a mix-up of names, it IS George Roubicek as Cmdr. Prajji. My most sincere apologies for the substandard likeness but as some of you have discovered for yourselves, there's not an overwhelming amount of reference of good ol' George. I'd like for all of the portraits I do to come out as well as Frodo, Kit or Plo, but I guess I was having an off week when Mr. Roubicek came across my desk. Again, I'm terribly sorry, but hopefully some of the figures that will getting announced in the coming months will make up for this one.:(

I was one of those that complained about the likeness of Praji... no apologies needed. Thankyou for giving us such a well sculpted Kit and Plo, they have always been my favorite two. I love all the creatures and aliens of Star Wars. We are seeing too little of them in the 1/6th line though.

As most have said, the likeness for this guy doesn't really matter all that much - but I don't really understand the bellyaching about it. We haven't even seen him with his hat off - the sculpt seems to capture the portrait fairly well. It seems no one's been able to find more than a single pic of him anyway

If anyone says this figure messes up their display because it doesn't resemble an actor who appeared for 67 seconds in a 30 year old film, they should report to the nearest surgeon to have their p***s removed, because clearly you won't need it for anything.
***** about the choice all you want, but the figure itself looks fantastic.

Tim you did a fine job. The likeness might not be perfect but its still a nice job and you've proven that you can do some real magic. As you and I talked during SDCC about your other sculpts and how amazing they where I think you showed with this that you can do a fine job without having all the materials you need. :duff

:lol

I think one of you needs to change your name to The Sean. :lol

I concur that the sculpt is good.

It may not be a definitive likeness of whoever that actor is, but the features and expression look about perfect for an Imperial Officer.

At least the strive for perfection on a specific person didn't lead into a territory where he looked wrong for an Imperial altogether, if that makes sense.

Now only if some people start cancelling their order so my waitlist is confirmed.
