Exactly, I love Pierce. I bite my thumb at anyone who doesn't. "I'm gonna eat you little bastards!"

One of the best episodes ever. Right up there with the zombie and paintball episodes.

Loved the Civil War Documentary thing. This show has such unique ideas. Really one of the best Comedy shows I've ever watched.

Last night's episode was great, and it was Annie-centric, which is also great, because Alison Brie is gorgeous.:lecture

"Why not Karen?"

"Then it wouldn't be Gay Sex..."

But it does work - I'll never forget again -

Kingdom Phylum Class Order Family Genus Species

I think that's right and I haven't thought about it since AP Biology.

I remember The OC did the same thing with "King Philip Comes Over For Good Sex" passed my bio classes in college with that one.

I watched the last episode with Abed and Annie and the Dreamatorium. Mainly because one of my buddies knows my current Doctor Who obsession and told me I'd get a kick out of the "Inspector Time Space" aspects.

It was funny but not laugh out loud funny. It was one of those things where I knew things were funny but it was a meh reaction. I can understand why the show is loved but I also see why it's constantly on the bubble.

I "laugh out loud" every episode.

If you are coming into it cold having never watched an episode before I can see why it would have a smaller impact, as you have no investment in the characters and don't know their history.

I have the same reaction to the show. It kinda reminds me of Portlandia in that I understand why it's supposed to be funny, and I can admire it for it's cleverness, but it rarely actually makes me laugh.

I can't get into Raising Hope at all but I love Happy Endings. However Community always makes me laugh out loud and they don't seem to care that they aren't very accessible to attracting new viewers. The Paintball episode and the Pillow Fight episode are classics though and any action movie fan could love the first and any Ken Burns fan the second.

Yeah, the whole Ken Burns Documentary thing was great. They even had a rip off of "Ashokan Farewell" in there. :lol

Haven't seen "Happy Endings". Will have to check it out.

this show doesn't really do it for me anymore. some recent episodes have been good but I don't know what happened. Season one will always be the best imo.

I think that New Girl's pretty funny. Though, I'd be lying if I told you that Zooey Deschanel didn't have anything to do with my enjoyment of the show.

Kind of a strange foothold to not care when your show is on the bubble over and over. I can't get into Raising Hope but Happy Endings actually makes me laugh so hard that I watch shows repeatedly and on demand.

I love the New Girl but as the show continues it's less for Zooey and more for the supporting characters. I'm not a fan of the guy playing Winston (mainly because I'll always know that Damon Wayans Jr was supposed to play him and would have done it a million times better) but the rest make me laugh all the time.

Yeah, New Girl is good too.

Surprised there's so little love for Raising Hope.

Funny, the show runner says that at first he was trying to fit into a sit-com mold at first but then broke out and starting going really meta - which is the reason I like it more than other sit-coms. None of what Chang or the Dean do would have flown in the first season.

But now we get Damon on Happy Endings - too bad that show probably won't be back either. (Funny it's also a semi-meta show).

That's why the show just keeps getting better for me.

Schmidt's arguably my favorite character, I was just referring to Zooey's "easiness on the eyes," so to speak.
