Last night was clever, but not really funny. :( Pitch perfect parody though.

Yeah, that's the big thing I was wondering about. If that was just a gag, or if you-know-who is actually dead. Pretty dark way to end an episode of a comedy series if true.

No, he's a writer on the show and will continue to be. It's just the character.

Go see Alison Brie in 5 Year Engagement - she plays Emily's sister so has to do a British accent. It's adorable.

She stole that movie. Loved her in it.

So NBC will be airing three new Community episodes in one night including the season finale. Looks like they could be pushing it off the air for good this time. Who knows? :lol

I hope Alison's role on Mad Men expands and she does some more movies.

Last nights episode was better than someone of the past few

How odd. You and I see to have very different takes on comedy. :lol

This is one of the very few Community episodes that was kind of "meh" to me.

Yep, parody was spot on, but no lol's for me.

Part of the problem may be that I've never watched a full episode of L&A. Not a crime drama fan.

I thought this episode had a lot of great little moments, the look on Garrett's face when Jeff gave him the hot dog, the fish-tank interrogation, Troy and Abed switching who was the "good cop", Pierce organizing arm-wrestling matches between the old guys, Starburns stealing the backpacks, Troy's "Miranda Rights", Britta's keystrokes to modify the photo and then her interruption when she started talking about Psychology.

Dean 2.0 looked very familiar, but they never let us get too close - I think he was someone we should recognize.
