I just paid $250 for that exclusive Apexplorer. I've seen it on the 'bay for $350 and more.

Great price, Dave. Anyone know where I can acquire a Cooperhead-18 DARK (preferably in the USA)?

I received Dig a few days ago. I haven't taken him out of the box just yet but I do have a few pics of him in the box. He is top-notch! I love all the intricate pieces -- they're all so detailed.

Since I don't have Dark and I don't like to display items alone, I ordered The Creature last night which I plan to display with Dig. I plan to purchase the regular Dig at a later date and display one w/the helmet and the other w/o.

These pics don't do the figure justice but it's something in the meantime while we wait for Occulum's pics. Enjoy.

cool. thanks for the pix.

One thing im sure of, is that the piece on the chest has come detached and is loose in the package.
I'll have to wait and see when I open him if thats worth returning or if its an easy fix.

so far Ive noticed the bars on the helmet on my DIG are very fragile.
2 were broken off when I opened him up. I superglued them back on, but one was snapped off and Im trying to decide if I dont mind seeing some of the superglue at the connections on such an expensive 1:6. And after glueing those on, a couple others are also a little loose.
Still contemplating returning him.

Overall DIG is a very cool figure. Def a work of art as described.

anybody know how youre supposed to get the hoses to attach and stay on?
None of mine lock or snap to any connections. Are you supposed to glue them or something?

I took pics last night, but they sucked. I'll take more today and post them.

Since you've notice a few problems with the hoses, I'm gonna have to take mine out of the box and check. Hopefully, all's well.

I look forward to seeing your pics, Occulum.

the hoses actually seem fine.
I just cant figure out how theyre supposed to stay in place. You'll see what I mean.

here are a few pics.

The fun part is getting the hoses to stay in place. Bend them carefully you have a good chance of having the metal pop off the hose if you put too much stress on it. It's like a big fat twist tie. The images below if I did this right show that they are not completely flush but by using patience you should achieve it. Unfortunately both mine are boxed because of my move. Hope this helps.

Yea, I couldn't get the hoses to stay in place either. And the glass in the meter on his chest fell out. I ultimately gave up and left him in the box. But the metal of the pieces and the leather of the suit are very cool.

Whe white piece is the certificate with number and signature on the bottom. The emergency air-supply tank (Mecha Pentapus) goes on the side for Dig and the bomb for Dark. The Helmet sits on top.

I think the thing that impresses me the most is DIG has single handedly induced a long-time member to actually post. :lol

welcome to interaction elektrox....

Thanks for the welcome Occulum. These figures really opened my eyes to the 1/6 scale again for being unique and different. As for posting comments I never really know what to say the freaks know so much.
