Statue Cover Girls of the DC Universe

Hey, it's ok. It's not the first time DC Collectibles disappoints me, unfortunately. They still release the most comprehensive merchandise for the DCU, but they lack consistency and logic.

I'm happy they announced new statues for the Superman Metallic line (specially for the Rocafort one!), but the news for the Cover Girls line were a let down.

I really like the HS on Huntress but her pose is awful! The legs her arm positioning make her look like junk.

I have been waiting forever for a Huntress statue, but the pose is weird.

Batwoman looks great, not sure about Huntress. very odd stance.

Apparently they're re-doing Poison Ivy to match the new Cover Girls line (with the bases). That may mean they'll release Harley and Catwoman again too.

"The DC Cover Girls Huntress was also on display and she looks fantastic. She's currently not available for pre-order, but she's slated for a March 2014 release. A placard on display also lists a DC Cover Girls Poison Ivy statue as coming out in June 2014 which I find confusing as we just got a New 52 Poison Ivy statue last year."

I just had the Stanly Lau Batgirl Cover Girls statue in today and first thing i do not like the small base it looks nice but it is too small.

I took a few quick pics with my phone sorry about the quality its a nice statue and the numbering is back.Its numbered on the base,the box and on the styrofoam packing.

Well the second Art Germ DC Cover Girls statue came in today Supergirl same amount made 5200 pieces.

This is not a new statue, but I recently got it and I am very happy with it.. I think it captures the comic style in a very good way, not manga-ish and the character really shows. Its the Ivy new 52 design:
