If that is real, both the mother and father need a slap in the face. Even if the kid enjoys it, that can not be good for it. "What? he/she likes it!" <-- no excuse.
If it is fake, like some one else said, this video is going to have some total morons going "Oh gee that looks like a GREAT idea! I might just copy that." and end up with their kids in hospital.
