You are welcome to call and request to process your order when you receive the processing notification e-mail. However depending on the volume of calls, we may or may not be able to process it while you are on the phone. In such case just because you are calling early to have the order processed does not change the decline window status.

Does that mean if the person calls in early and asks for the card to be processed, if you run it and it declines, you will immediately cancel the order with the person on the phone?

It means that depending on call volume we may not be able to run your card while you are on the phone. If it declines while you are on the phone you can give us an alternate credit card at that time. However, the reps will not be calling clients back or chasing them down for another form of payment if their order declines, if they are not on the phone, as per the original no decline window announcement.

We suggest that customers call their card company to inform them of a pending charge, which should take care of any worries that they may have about Fraud Holds. If it is an insufficient funds concern then the client has ample time to update their card details with us prior to processing.

Thank you for all of this information! This all sounds so much more reasonable now. I'm glad SS is coming through, as usual.

If I knew all of this the other day, I would have just stuck with my cc. I still feel comfortable having sent in my money order... no worries!

I think customers may be 'borrowing troubles' as I said. We do not anticipate any issues. If there and Fraud Hold issues, you are free to bring those to our attention!
