I also liked that Robert Smigel was basically doing Triumph the Insult Comic Dog as a baseball coach.

Wow, Buckner making that catch, and Leon's glasses were pretty great, but Suzie in that car seat with Larry making those faces may have been the funniest thing on the show ever.

Agreed. The camera going from Suzie's fun to Larry's face was priceless.

I've caught the odd episode here and there throughout the years but never really WATCHED the show until this season.

That episode was ____ing GOLD.

:lol

And his therapist comparing himself to a prostitute.

The whole thing about the therapist namedropping twice then telling Larry he would never do anything like that was brilliant. And yes, the scene with Suzy in the car was :rotfl

I was literally :lol through this whole episode.

the therapist reminded me a lot of the rabbi from Seinfeld (he too would betray what should have been held in confidence). pritty good.

The genesis of Larry's saying coming from a strip poker game in the back of a Mr. Smoothie truck?... :rotfl

I took it more like she was busting his balls with his own saying. I use to say "I guess" alot with my first gf and she'd always repeat it back to poke fun at me.

I just rewatched this one, it's so damn well written it deserves an emmy. So many little plots and they all just came togeather perfect and the characters in this one were just perfect.

Leon has become Larry's Cosmo Kramer. He's just sort of there, doesn't work, is somewhat mysterious, mooches off of Larry, has no income of his own yet always has money to spend, gives Larry horrible and crazy advice and ruins his stuff, and yet Larry keeps him around. Larry who hates everyone and is ocd about relationships likes him alot. Thenteraction with the glasses and Doctor really reminded me of when Kramer pretended to be Van Nostren and talked to Elaine's shrink. Also the way he said about the ball "No I stole that ____." :lol I got a total Kramer vibe from it.

Looking forward to seeing how the finale will try to top it, Michael J. Fox as his nemesis neighbor sounds like gold.

BTW I kinda feel bad for Cheryl, the show is better then ever since she left, no one keeps Larry in check anymore so he says whatever he wants and the dating has been terrific.

there are more laughs within the half hour of Curb than most feature length comedies these days.

And George Lucas likes prostitutes. :lol

Absolutely hilarious....it's been a great season!

There more gold to be mined, many other great seasons.

just watched the season finale. probably the funniest episode of the season. great appearance by michael j fox too.

Yea, last night's was hilarious. I love it the best when I can see poor Larry's point, like with the d-bag on the elevator, or the fact that the sewing machine WAS the perfect gift for the kid.

This might have been one of the funniest episodes ever. MJF was brilliant, how can you not love him?!?! He's able to poke fun at a very serious condition, his comedic timing is still very intact (which also was shown on the recent letterman interview), and it still gets his message out about parkinsons.

Not only was MJF brilliant but the whole gay kid angle was as well!! The sowing machine, the conversation with the boys mother, the violin, the pillow sham, what a well written episode....BRAVO to an excellent season finale...hopefully he has another season in him.

Just got a chance to watch this tonight, loved the finale. I still think the Mr. Softee was my favorite of this season, but MJF was great. Awesome seeing him back on tv.

I just finished the HBO movie Clear History and it had a very "curb your enthusiasm" vibe.

It was a fun/silly movie but I would have rather had a new season of Curb. He had some funny one liners in the movie that I wish he would have saved for the show.

If you are having Curb Your Enthusiasm withdrawals I recommend you checking out this flick!
