A mailing list with an automated signup (like Mailman) and configured for one-way only would work quiet well. But that requires a server install or a hosted solution (starts at least $5/month everywhere).

People sending email to the master address (to be repeated to everyone else) would still have to have the self-control to only post codes. But it's easier to restrict access to that master address to only a few people.

Again, the stumbling block is time to set up.

Absolutely the fastest is an email forwarder, but that requires trusting the person setting it up with your email address. And it requires a single person to set it up which is more work than automated signup with a list server. I can probably set something like this up, but then we'd still need a few volunteers to handle sending the emails.

Simple: Change your email alert to the same sound as your text alert.

If we have a few volunteers to handle sending out the email (only need to send out to a single address) we can hook this up. Then whomever is interested can pass me their email addresses in private to add to the list.

I've already set it up and tested to make sure it's working with a couple of destination addresses.

If you want onto the email list to be notified of Sideshow RP codes, send me your email address via private message. Verify it carefully to make sure there are no typos.
Your email address will not be used for anything else and this list can be destroyed when this promotion is over.
