Didn't someone here get offended by balloons a few years back due to unfortunate circumstances where a loved one died from them? Not asking who, but couldn't remember if that happened or if I'm near a psychotic break

And just to be clear, I'm not complaining about the $2... I even said that in the post. Just missing the days when it was a $5 minimum Seems like people are so touchy anymore

That in fact happened. We were all cracking up over the nature and plausibility of BalloonMan. Then someone wandered in and brought up a relative who'd passed due to I want to say a choke hazard. The fun was over at that point.

But that's just it -- what happened with the 'BalloonMan' situation is symbolic of "the hammer coming down on freedom" and that was Spook 2014. No more joke codes. No more speaking about balloons. No more low prices on figures.

And this year, no more $10 and $15 codes... just 2s and 4s.

In Canada a 2-4 is a case of beer so I like that
