This year I've bought one figure (Drax) and I got a code. So it's probably not based on this year's spend My guess is it's active customers, and most people will end up getting one.
Is there an expiration date on the $50 code card?
I received my promo in the mail yesterday but mine in missing a code - I guess Sideshow will be hearing from me tomorrow
Lol... It says here's $50 with NO code. At this point he should get a code. Why? They are not beholden to give you the code. If you didn't get it maybe you didn't meet a certain requirement. Contacting them asking where it is seems unreasonable.

Yeah I did misread it. I've seen other collectors post "it's BS that some got it and I didn't etc etc whine whine" and that nonsense rubs me the wrong way.
My wife has an account (she surprised me with a couple figures) and she got a card in the mail. No mention of a code, $50 off, etc.
I think it's within people's rights as customers to be upset when SS treats some people better than others for seemingly no reason. Not only that, but this is a company that has a history of strange and unfair "gifts" ($5,$10,$15 points giveaway). Of course SS doesn't have to do any of this, but why not just be fair to everyone instead of pissing off your customers. Again, SS is not even transparent in giving a criteria for sending out these codes, so it's not like anyone can try and understand why they wouldn't get one.
Not within a customer's rights whatsoever. The customer has a right to polite service and the products they purchase- nothing more.
Can you show me where they have "the right" in Sideshow's policies?
